The magic is in the details

Brand identity that looks good, feels right and works in practice

A good product can speak for itself, but the first few seconds often decide whether it reaches the right people. A well-built brand identity gives your business a recognizable visual language: it frames your message, speaks to your audience and helps you show up with confidence across every platform.

At Lantana Creative Co., you do not just receive a set of files at the end of a project. You get a guided process, thoughtful design decisions and clear direction on how to use your new visual system in everyday communication. The result is a brand identity that is beautiful, yes, but also practical, consistent and built to support your business for years to come.

Strategic support, international perspective

Meet the designer

Hi, I’m Jaqueline, a graphic designer and marketing specialist with more than five years of experience. I help businesses create visual identities that feel clear, intentional and true to the people behind them, whether they appear online, in print or on social media.

In the age of AI and easy-to-use design tools, creating something that looks decent has become easier than ever. But decent does not mean distinctive, and attention does not automatically turn into trust. That is why every project starts with your business, your goals and your audience, so the final result feels personal, polished and genuinely usable. No generic templates, just thoughtful visual systems built around you.

Frequently Asked Questions

The right package depends on where your business is right now, what brand assets you already have, and how you would like to use the final materials.

Think of the packages as starting points: they help you understand what kind of foundation you may need in different areas, and what level of time and investment a strong, consistent brand presence usually requires. If you need a clean visual foundation, the Brand Identity package may be enough. If you want a more complete system that works across several platforms, a larger package may be a better fit. You do not have to decide alone. During our first consultation, we will go through your needs together and choose or tailor the solution that fits you best.

Yes I do! Most projects are paid in two instalments: one to secure your project slot and start the work, and one before the final files are handed over.

For larger projects, such as Brand & Website or Ready to Launch, we can also arrange a 4-month payment plan. This allows you to start building your brand and launch your website two months before the final payment is due, while keeping the investment more manageable.

Payment plans are agreed individually before the project starts and are included in your custom proposal.

The packages are useful reference points for time and scope as well.

The timeline depends on the size of the project, the number of deliverables and how quickly feedback is provided. A smaller graphic design task may take only a few working days, while a complete brand identity project can take several weeks. Before we start, we always agree on the expected timeline, key milestones and planned handover date.

The difference is that your brand will be built as something truly individual.

AI has become part of everyday creative work, and it can be tempting to think that with enough input, it can solve everything — from logo design to content creation and web design. But this has also led to two visible results: the internet is full of generic AI-generated material, and truly thoughtful creative work has become even more valuable for businesses that want to stand out.

A few years ago, it was easier to tell what was AI-generated and what was not. Today, the line is much harder to see. That is why the real task is not simply to create something nice-looking, but to create something that feels intentional, recognizable and genuinely connected to your business. That is where strategy, experience and human creative direction make the difference.

Of course. The process is built with feedback points along the way, so you can share your thoughts before the materials are finalized.

It is important to keep the process structured, because finalizing a design takes time and focused creative work. Too many last-minute changes can affect the timeline and make the process harder for both sides. That is why each package includes clearly planned revision rounds, so we can discuss the most important decisions at the right moments and move forward with clarity.

Yes. It is always a pleasure when a project inspires further collaboration. Once your brand identity is ready, additional materials can usually be created as smaller custom projects.

These may include things like flyers, social media templates, price lists, posters, business cards, gift cards or other brand materials, depending on what your business needs next.

A brand guide is a practical document that shows you how to use your visual identity consistently. It usually includes guidance on your logo, colors, typography, graphic elements and their proper use, so your brand can stay recognizable across different platforms.

In other words, as part of a full brand identity project, you receive a small guidebook that explains how, where and in what context to use your new materials. This can also be useful later if you work with another designer, developer or marketing partner, because they will not have to figure out your brand system from scratch.

Yes, but not as a full-service monthly management package. My main focus is strategic support, so I’m happy to help you build a clear brand identity, create a posting plan, design sample posts and prepare guides that allow you to take over your social media channels with confidence.

However, my capacity for day-to-day social media management is limited, so I only offer this on a project basis or for a fixed period when it fits the scope of the collaboration.
